CEO: Vicky Lee Bradshaw

Carnus Systems was founded by Ms. Vicky Lee Bradshaw. Ms. Bradshaw has extensive research and practical experience in hotel operations, and has led forecasting and labor management projects with major U.S. hotel chains, including the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company. Ms. Bradshaw’s domain expertise in hospitality operations and labor management led to her vision of designing automated artificial intelligence forecasting and scheduling software to minimize labor costs while enhancing hospitality service quality. Ms. Bradshaw has a Masters degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.


VP of Engineering: Sandra Carrico

Ms. Sandra Carrico serves as VP of Engineering and has over 20 years of experience covering the entire product life cycle, including managing and creating marketing requirements, engineering requirements, architecture, design, development, QA, and second-line customer support.  She has guided and mentored employees at all levels while also instilling an extreme programming development process.  Her projects have included large scale efforts working with geographically dispersed groups, and small, focused projects. She worked as District Manager at AT&T Labs and Product Manager at Rational Software. Ms. Carrico also served as Senior Engineering Director at a 70-person pre-IPO startup, Aurigin Systems.  Additionally, Ms. Carrico has held key IT positions at Bell labs for 8 years.  Ms. Carrico has a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois, and a B.S. from Northwestern University. 


Director of Data Analytics: Timothy D’Auria

Mr. D’Auria is responsible for all aspects of quantitative analysis and data solution development at Carnus Systems. As a business entrepreneur and published author in the area of statistical application, Mr. D’Auria’s work formed the cornerstone of the analytical methodology used at Carnus Systems.  Originally a business owner in New York City, Mr. D’Auria moved on to assist with the development and teaching of the statistics course in the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Mr. D’Auria is a graduate from Cornell University with a double-major in Statistics and Biology and a Bachelors of Science degree with Research Distinction.
 

Director of Engineering: Matthew Stangl

Mr. Matthew Stangl has over 20 years of experience working in the high-tech industry.  Mr. Stangl has extensive experience with designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise software applications.  In this area, Mr. Stangl has used his unique expertise to successfully integrate diverse technologies to provide novel solutions to unique problems.  Mr. Stangl has a proven success record in commercial application development.  At Carnus Systems, he is responsible for overseeing the interface development for our forecasting modules and linking the interface to our powerful artificial intelligence engine.  Some of the companies Mr. Stangl has previously worked for include NetIQ, Quantum, and IBM. Mr. Stangl holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas.
