largest Sheraton properties in the world, the Sheraton Waikiki was
challenged by the complexities and time involved with developing
forecasts

Hyatt

Featuring nearly
1,000 luxury rooms, a 28,000 square foot ballroom, and 110,000 square
feet of meeting space, the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville is one of the
largest hotels on the US Eastern coast.
Approximately
111,000 people dine in the hotel’s Trellises Restaurant, with
an
additional 44,000 using room service.

F&B forecasting accuracy in every department while cutting
scheduling time from 5 hours down to 2 minutes per week.
Exceeded in-house room service forecasts by 36% and
consistently had an average restaurant dinner error of less than 1
server per day.
As a
property
that hosts a large convention center, the Hyatt Regency was challenged
by large swings in F&B demand caused by convention attendance

other city events. Schedule development took many hours of management
